Refund policy
Exchanges & Returns (in store): Items purchased may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box. Special orders, final sales, completed layaways; altered and/or custom pieces are not returnable. A check will be issued for refunds on cash or check purchases. Gift recipients will be issued merchandise credit only. We cannot accept returns on gift cards. Gift certificates or gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Returns of Online Purchases: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please insure your item through a trackable service. You have 30 days of PICK UP or SHIP DAY to return your item. When we receive your return, we will inspect and review it. Your purchase must not show signs of wear or damage. Engraved, altered or resized items are a final sale. Once your merchandise has been accepted for return, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post your refund. Online purchases can also be returned in store. Online orders must be shipped to:

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Layaways: We require a 10% down payment of the total price for layaways. Reichman jewelry layaway plan allows you to make up to 6 monthly payments in order to purchase a piece of jewelry. Layaway deposits are refundable only within the first 30 days of the initial deposit. After 30 days the original deposit and subsequent deposits will not be refunded, but may be used toward the purchase of other merchandise.
Warranty: The workmanship of our jewelry is warranted for life provides it is brought back to us in good condition. Some exceptions may apply.
Servicing & Cleaning: We will always inspect and clean your jewelry free of charge, any time you stop by.
